PE-H-2Kb/Human KCTD20 (INFDFNTI) MHC Tetramer (CAT#: MHC-LC220)
This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of KCTD20-derived peptide of INFDFNTI sequence covering 207-214 and H-2Kb molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes mouse CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.

- K+ channel tetramerisation domain is the N-terminal, cytoplasmic tetramerisation domain (T1) of voltage-gated K+ channels. It defines molecular determinants for subfamily-specific assembly of alpha-subunits into functional tetrameric channels. It is distantly related to the BTB/POZ domain Pfam PF00651.
