LDTI scaffold protein anti-Human Trypsin (CAT#: SLD-L121)
The LDTI that bound Trypsin was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, LDTI variants were identified having affinities (KD=2.1 nM) for Trypsin as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
