MTI-II scaffold protein anti-Human Trypsin (CAT#: SMT-L144)
The MTI-II that bound Trypsin was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, MTI-II variants were identified having affinities (KD=10 pM) for Trypsin as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
