PE-A*02:01/Human ATIC (NLYPFVKTV) MHC Tetramer

This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of human ATIC of peptide NLYPFVKTV covering 102-110 and A*02:01 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.

- This gene encodes a bifunctional protein that catalyzes the last two steps of the de novo purine biosynthetic pathway. The N-terminal domain has phosphoribosylaminoimidazolecarboxamide formyltransferase activity, and the C-terminal domain has IMP cyclohydrolase activity.
