PE-B-FIV21/Gallus gallus TUBB1 (REVDEQLLSV) MHC Tetramer (CAT#: MHC-LC1382)
This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of TUBB1-derived peptide of REVDEQLLSV covering 324-333 and B-FIV21 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.

- This gene encodes a member of the beta tubulin protein family. Beta tubulins are one of two core protein families (alpha and beta tubulins) that heterodimerize and assemble to form microtubules. This protein is specifically expressed in platelets and megakaryocytes and may be involved in proplatelet production and platelet release. A mutations in this gene is associated with autosomal dominant macrothrombocytopenia.
