PE-DRB1*07:01/Human CHRNA1 (DTPYLDITYHFVMQRLPL) MHC Tetramer (CAT#: MHC-LC2115)
This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of human CHRNA1 of peptide DTPYLDITYHFVMQRLPL covering 240-257 and DRB1*07:01 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes CD4 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.
