PE-H-2Db/MoMSV Pr65 (MoMSV-(Abu)(Abu)L(Abu)LTVFL) MHC Tetramer (CAT#: MHC-LC309)
This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of MoMSV-derived peptide of MoMSV-(Abu)(Abu)L(Abu)LTVFL sequence covering 85-93 and H-2Db molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes mouse CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.

- The murine leukemia viruses (MLVs or MuLVs) are retroviruses named for their ability to cause cancer in murine (mouse) hosts. Some MLVs may infect other vertebrates. MLVs include both exogenous and endogenous viruses. Replicating MLVs have a positive sense, single-stranded RNA (ssRNA) genome that replicates through a DNA intermediate via the process of reverse transcription.
