Specific NOX1 Antibody
Antibodies against NADPH oxidases are notoriously difficult to validate, but this Recombinant Anti-Human NOX1 Antibody worked well for us. We used it to detect NOX1 expression in colon epithelial cells via Western Blot. It gave a band at the expected size, and the signal was reduced in our knockdown controls. This specificity is a major relief for our ROS generation research.
Reliable ROS Research
We employed this antibody in our study of oxidative stress in the gastrointestinal tract. It performed consistently in immunofluorescence assays, showing localization to the plasma membrane and intracellular vesicles.
