Recombinant Anti-Human ERBB2 Antibody (Fab glycosylation) (CAT#: Gly-039LC)
This product is a human monoclonal antibody with N-glycosylation site Asn114 in the CH1 region. The glycan in CH1 does not affect the immunoreactivity and can be used for conjugating therapeutic or diagnostic agents. Antibody Her-2 A114N specifically binds human HER2 and can be potentially used in the treatment of breast cancer.
