Scfv Ideal For Biosensors
We used this scFv fragment in our biosensor applications to detect Human LGALS1. The small size of the fragment allowed for high-density immobilization. It showed positive binding against the native human galectin-1 protein, confirming its biological activity and suitability for our sensitive detection platforms.
Versatile Functional Grade Antibody
This recombinant antibody fragment was excellent for our functional studies and flow cytometry. Being functional grade (low endotoxin, azide-free), it was safe to use in our cell-based assays investigating cell proliferation regulation. The expression in E. coli yielded a pure product that we rely on.
