Effective Mucin 17 Detection
This recombinant antibody was highly effective in detecting human MUC17 in our ELISA and Western blot experiments. It specifically recognized the cell surface-associated mucin, which helped us study its function in epithelial cells. The antibody was purified to a functional grade, making it suitable for our sensitive immunoprecipitation protocols.
Good For Functional Studies
We used this mouse antibody for functional studies investigating the cytoprotection properties of membrane mucins. It performed well and showed greater than 95% purity on SDS-PAGE. We stored aliquots at -20°C as instructed, and the antibody maintained its reactivity against the native human mucin 17 target throughout our project.
