Excellent Fab For IF
We needed a Fab fragment for our Immunofluorescence experiments to reduce background, and this product worked perfectly. It specifically reacts with Human TCN1 (transcobalamin I). The staining was clear and helped us track vitamin B12 binding protein distribution.
Specific Western Blot
This recombinant mouse Fab fragment also works well in Western Blot. It detected the native human protein efficiently. The purity (>95% by HPLC) is excellent, and it serves as a high-quality reagent for characterizing R binder family proteins.
