Excellent for IP-MS Studies
I purchased this Recombinant Human Anti-Human PBRM1 Antibody specifically for IP-MS applications. The antibody, clone D466, demonstrated high selectivity for the PBRM1 protein. The results from the mass spectrometry analysis were clean, suggesting that this antibody binds effectively to the folded domain (amino acids 178-291) as described in the product sheet.
Stable and Specific Reagent
This recombinant antibody has become a staple in our chromatin remodeling research. We appreciate that it is expressed in E. coli and purified to a high standard. We have stored it at -20°C for several months with no loss in activity for our ELISA assays. The specificity to human PBRM1 is exactly what we needed.
