Recombinant Human Antibody is directed against Human PTPRN, expressed in HEK 293 cells. Expressed as the combination of a heavy chain (HC) containing VH from anti-PTPRN mAb and CH1-3 region of human IgG1 and a light chain (LC) encoding VL from anti-PTPRN mAb and CL of human kappa light chain. Exists as a disulfide linked dimer of the HC and LC hetero-dimer under non-reducing condition.

Effective For Autoantigen Research
We are studying diabetes-related autoantigens and used this to detect PTPRN. The antibody worked beautifully in our Western blots and ELISA. It is great that it is available in a functional grade format without azide.
High Purity Reagent
The purity of this recombinant human antibody is impressive, over 90 percent by SDS-PAGE. We used it for flow cytometry on cells expressing the receptor-type tyrosine phosphatase. The results were distinct and reproducible.
