Anti-TrkA antibody is a Mouse of Fab class that binds to an TrkA. This antibody recognizes with high affinity and specificity the neurotrophin receptor TrkA and displays a neutralizing activity toward the NGF/TrkA interaction. This mouse monoclonal antibody, besides being highly specific and selective for the extracellular domain of human TrkA receptor, does not bind to any other closely related members of the Trk receptor super family.
