The Sac7d that bound DNA was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, Sac7d variants were identified having affinities (KD=0.1 nM) for DNA as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
