A*02:01/Epstein Barr virus Latent membrane protein LMP-1 (YLQQNWWTL) MHC Pentamer (CAT#: MHC-YC122)

MHC multimers have a high avidity for CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells. This product is a Pentamer of peptide/MHC complex with EBV-derived peptide of YLQQNWWTL sequence covering 159-167 and A*02:01 molecule. The peptide/MHC pentamer provided here is unlabeled or fluorescent labeled such as Biotin, R-PE, APC. And all of them are available in 50, 150 or 500 tests.

Target

  • Antigen Introduction
  • LMP1 acts as a CD40 functional homolog to prevent apoptosis of infected B-lymphocytes and drive their proliferation. LMP1 functions as a constitutively active tumor necrosis factor receptor that induces the activation of several signaling pathways, including those of the NF-kappa-B family. LMP1 signaling leads to up-regulation of antiapoptotic proteins and provide growth signals in latently infected cells. Interacts with host UBE2I and subsequently affects the sumoylation state of several cellular proteins.
