This product is a MHC monomer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex composed IE62-derived peptide of ALWALPHAA sequence covering 593-601 and A*02:01 molecule. The pMHC monomer recognizes human CD8 T cells and can be used in the MHC tetramer analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.
