Potent Inhibition Of Aggregation
The clone W8 antibody was highly effective in our inhibition assays. It significantly inhibited the fibrosis aggregation of A-beta oligomers in our in vitro models. The product data regarding its ability to alleviate toxic effects was borne out by our functional studies, making it a valuable reagent for our Alzheimer's research.
Specific Dot Blot Detection
We used this antibody for Dot Blot applications to detect A-beta oligomers, and the specificity was impressive.
