The antibody can be specifically bound with the A-beta oligomer, effectively inhibit the fibrosis aggregation of A-beta and obviously alleviate the toxic effect of the A-beta on cells.

Aggregation of A42 was monitored by dot-blot. Aliquots of samples were applied to nitrocellulose membrane (0.12 μg/dot) at the time indicated and then probed with 4G8 and scFv antibodies, respectively.
