This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes ABCA4. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography. It can be used in IP, WB, ELISA, IF, IHC.
Figure 1 Western blots of ROS proteins labeled with a monoclonal and polyclonal antibody to the 220-kDa protein.
Solubilized ROS membranes (lane a) and the unbound DEAE fraction (lane b) were subjected to SDS-gel electrophoresis (10 ug of protein/lane). Gels were stained with Coomassie Blue (CB) and Western blots were labeled with antibodies to the 220-kDa protein (monoclonal antibody Rim 3F4 or polyclonal antibody PrimT1) and monoclonal antibodies to the 230-kDa Na/Ca-K exchanger (PMe 2D9) and the 240-kDa b subunit of the cGMP-gated channel (PMs 4B2) for comparison. The 220-kDa protein was present in both fractions; the exchanger and channel were only present in the ROS membrane fraction.
