Provided is a mouse anti-human MDR (MultiDrug Resistance)-1 monoclonal antibody. The cloning number of the hybridoma cell strain capable of secreting the MDR-1 monoclonal antibody is 6C6. The antibody can be used for scientific research or clinical immuno-histochemical detection of the MDR-1 expression.
