Recombinant human monoclonal antibody binds to B antigen in ABO blood type. This anti-B antibody (BT97) can be useful in the detection of phenotypes. The antibody has been tested in some applications including Western blot (WB), ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (IHC).

PDAC and adjacent healthy pancreatic tissue were obtained from the same patient. Western blot analysis was performed with pooled blood group B sera.
