The CytoStream™ Mouse Anti-ACLY Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and monkey ACLY. ACLY, encoding ATP citrate lyase, is key for cytosolic acetyl-CoA synthesis, impacting pathways like lipogenesis. It functions as a tetramer, with multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms. The anti-ACLY antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
