This rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody has been developed to specifically bind to human ACO2. It has been shown to cross-react with mouse and rat. This antibody is highly versatile and can be effectively utilized in a range of assays, such as western blot, immunohistochemistry-frozen, immunohistochemistry-paraffin, as well as immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence. The recommended dilutions for use are as follows: western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution 1/50-1/100), immunofluorescence (dilution 1/50-1/200).
