Breast cancer biomarkers at key points during disease progression
Clean IHC-P Staining
We used this mouse anti-SMA antibody for immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissue sections. It produced crisp staining of smooth muscle actin in human samples. The antibody clearly delineates the muscle structure, which is essential for our research on mesenchymal cells.
Breast cancer biomarkers at key points during disease progression
Works For IF As Well
In addition to IHC, we validated this antibody for immunofluorescence on paraffin sections. The signal was strong and specific for Actin, smooth muscle (SMA). It shows good reactivity with both human and mouse tissues, making it a flexible reagent for our lab.

Q&As

  1. What species does this antibody react with?
