Rabbit Anti-ACVR1B Recombinant Antibody (clone R08-8D6) (CAT#: VS3-FY1639)
The R08-8D6 recombinant monoclonal antibody is capable of binding to human ACVR1B protein, a calculated weight of 57 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat, hamster.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R08-8D6 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000), immunofluorescence (dilution range 1:50-1:200).
