Rabbit Anti-ADRA1A Recombinant Antibody (clone R04-8B8)

This incredible rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody is appropriate for validation in immunohistochemistry (IHC) studies. It is capable of binding to human and rat ADRA1A. The R04-8B8 is recommended for dilution of target protein by western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution 1/50-1/100).

- This alpha-adrenergic receptor mediates its action by association with G proteins that activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. Its effect is mediated by G(q) and G11 proteins. Nuclear ADRA1A-ADRA1B heterooligomers regulate phenylephrine(PE)-stimulated ERK signaling in cardiac myocytes.
