This product is a chimeric (rabbit/human) IgG1 antibody that recognizes human AFP, which is often associated with hepatocarcinoma and with teratoma, and has prognostic value for managing advanced gastric cancer. This antibody is recommended for flow cytometry at a dilution of 1:100.
