Rabbit Anti-AGR2 Recombinant Antibody (clone R04-1H6)

The R04-1H6 recombinant monoclonal antibody is capable of binding to human AGR2. It cross-reacts with rat. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IHC-F, IHC-P, ICC/IF, IP. We confirm the QC result of the antibody by western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution 1/50-1/100), immunofluorescence (dilution 1/50-1/200), immunoprecipitation (dilution 1/20). Applications Tested: The anterior gradient 2 antibody has been tested by western blot analysis of anterior gradient 2 in K562, C6 lysates and immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded colon.
