Recombinant Anti-AHSG Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (CBA247 var.)

The anti-AHSG eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against mouse AHSG. AHSG possibly functions as a cysteine-type endopeptidase inhibitor. The antibody has a novel AHSG-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble AHSG from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
