Human Anti-1,3-diketone Recombinant Antibody (clone 28) (CAT#: FAMAB-0021YC)
Provided antibody 28 catalyzes retro-aldol reactions of cyclohexanone–aldol substrates efficiently as compared to the parental antibodies. Clone 28 retained the same catalytic lysine residue and the enamine mechanism of the parental antibodies to catalyze the targeted aldol reactions.
