This product is a recombinant Camel single domain antibody that recognizes Garlic Alliinase. VHH A4 antibody was shown to significantly inhibit the enzymatic activity of alliinase at a low concentration. A4 is a competitive enzyme inhibitor that interacts with the active site of alliinase.
