This product is a recombinant mouse antibody that recognizes human placental alkaline phosphatase (PLAP). Mab H17E2 is used to evaluate placental-like alkaline phosphatase (PLAP) as a serum marker of testicular germ cell tumours and functions in the treatment or diagnosis of cancer.
Figure 1 Western blot and immunostaining of lysates prepared from various tumour cell lines. Commercially available standard PLAP (molecular weight 70 kDa) was run in parallel as a positive control.
