The product is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes human APCDDl. The affinity of this antibody was measured by a Biacore using surface plasmon resonance (SPR) and the Kd of the antibody binding to antigen was estimated to be 1.6 nM. It shows excellent cross-reactivity with cynomolgus antigen allowing for relevant toxicology studies.
