The Rabbit Anti-ASCL1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human ASCL1. ASCL1, a basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor, is crucial for neuronal differentiation, with mutations potentially contributing to congenital hypoventilation syndrome, and requiring dimerization for DNA binding. The anti-ASCL1 antibody can be used for Immunohistochemistry (1/100-1/200).
