Robust ELISA Performance

This humanized antibody, clone B2M-2F6, performed exceptionally well in our indirect ELISA screening. It showed strong binding to human B2M, allowing us to develop a sensitive assay. The fact that it is a recombinant product gives us assurance regarding the long-term supply and reproducibility of our data.

Great For Flow Cytometry

We utilized this antibody for Flow Cytometry to detect Beta-2-Microglobulin on the surface of nucleated cells. The signal-to-noise ratio was excellent, and the antibody specifically recognized the target. The purity of over 95% ensured that we didn't see artifacts during our cell surface staining protocols.
