CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-BAK1 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC86) (CAT#: VS13-YC86)
The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-BAK1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse BAK1. BAK1 is a pro-apoptotic BCL2 family member, localizing to mitochondria to initiate apoptosis, interacting with p53 following stress, and facilitating cytochrome c release. The anti-BAK1 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
