This product is a recombinant Rat antibody Fab fragment that can recognize BAX. 3C10 inhibits cytosolic BAX by limiting exposure of the membrane-associating helix α9. The 3C10 antibody engages the N-terminal residues (33-41) of the α1-α2 loop.
