The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-BAX Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat BAX. BAX, part of the BCL2 family, acts as an apoptotic activator via dimerization, promoting mitochondrial membrane potential loss, with expression influenced by p53 and splicing variants found. The anti-BAX antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
