AbPlus™ Anti-BCL2 Magnetic Beads (bcl-2/100) (CAT#: VS-0424-XY29)
The AbPlus Anti-BCL2 Magnetic Beads (bcl-2/100) is an innovative affinity resin which is bound with anti-BCL2 specific antibody (bcl-2/100). The beads were designed for small-scale affinity purification and immunoprecipitation (IP) of BCL2 protein under native and denaturing conditions.

- Introduction
- This gene encodes an integral outer mitochondrial membrane protein that blocks the apoptotic death of some cells such as lymphocytes. Constitutive expression of BCL2, such as in the case of translocation of BCL2 to Ig heavy chain locus, is thought to be the cause of follicular lymphoma. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
