CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-BCL2 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC96) (CAT#: VS13-YC96)
The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-BCL2 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat BCL2. BCL2 encodes a mitochondrial membrane protein blocking apoptosis, linked to follicular lymphoma via translocation to the Ig heavy chain locus, with multiple transcript variants due to alternative splicing. The anti-BCL2 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
