Rabbit Anti-BCL2L11 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC98) (CAT#: VS13-YC98)
The Rabbit Anti-BCL2L11 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse BCL2L11. BCL2L11, a BCL-2 family member, interacts with other family proteins to induce apoptosis, influenced by factors like nerve growth and transcription factors, with transgenic studies suggesting a role in thymocyte selection, identified in several isoforms. The anti-BCL2L11 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/2000), Immunocytochemistry (1/50-1/200), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/50-1/200).
