For a quantitative comparison of the binding of β-diketones to m38C2 and h38C2, the antibody was incubated with increasing concentrations of β-diketone (A) and (B) and assayed for binding to immobilized BSA-conjugated β-diketone. Apparent equilibrium dissociation constants derived from this competition ELISA are given.
