Mouse Anti-BONT/A Recombinant Antibody; Fab Fragment (HPAB-1010-FY-F(E)) (CAT#: HPAB-1010-FY-F(E))
This is a recombinant mouse antibody fab fragment that binds to BONT/A. The epitope of this clone was identified as a five amino acid motif QPDRS of BoNT/A. Early tests using western blots to measure antibody binding to recombinant peptide fragments of toxin light chain indicated that the epitope of the clone was located within a 76 amino acid region from T125 to L200.
