This recombinant antibody, clone 0725W55, targets a peptide located within the C-terminal region of human BRD9. It is validated for Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP) and Chromatin Immunoprecipitation-Sequencing (ChIP-Seq). BRD9 (Bromodomain Containing 9) plays a role in chromatin remodeling and transcription regulation by recognizing and binding acylated histones (acetylated and/or butyrylated). This antibody is a valuable tool for studying epigenetic mechanisms and gene expression.
