Human Anti-CεmX Recombinant Antibody (clone 1A8) (CAT#: FAMAB-0210-CN)
This is a monoclonal CεmX-specific mAb which binds to mIgE.FcL-expressing CHO cells, but not mIgE.FcL-expressing B cell line Ramos cells. The mAb 1A8 binds to the C-terminal part of CεmX.

mIgE.FcS-expressing CHO, mIgE.FcLexpressing CHO, mIgE.FcS-expressing Ramos, or mIgE.FcL-expressing Ramos cells were incubated with 10 mg/ml mouse anti-CεmX mAbs 1A8, followed by staining with FITClabeled rabbit F(ab9)2 specific for mouse IgG.
