Human Anti-CεmX Recombinant Antibody (clone 26H2) (CAT#: FAMAB-0208-CN)

This is a monoclonal CεmX-specific mAb which binds to both mIgE.FcL-expressing CHO cells as well as mIgE.FcL-expressing B cell line Ramos cells. The mAb 26H2 binds to the middle part of CεmX.

mIgE.FcS-expressing CHO, mIgE.FcLexpressing CHO, mIgE.FcS-expressing Ramos, or mIgE.FcL-expressing Ramos cells were incubated with 10 mg/ml mouse anti-CεmX mAbs 26H2, followed by staining with FITClabeled rabbit F(ab9)2 specific for mouse IgG.

Induction of apoptosis by c4B12 or c26H2 in the absence or presence of secondary Abs. mIgE.FcL-expressing Ramos cells (5×105 cells/ml) were incubated with 1 mg/mlc 26H2 for 1 h at 37°C, followed by incubation with or without 10 mg/ml goat F(ab9)2 specific for Fc of human IgG (2nd Abs), or 2nd Abs along for 24 h.
