This is a rat monoclonal antibody that specifically designed for the detection of Guanine nucleotide exchange C9orf72. It is engineered to target an epitope located within 16 amino acids from the N-terminal half. The observed molecular weight of this antibody is approximately 54 kDa, while the calculated weight stands at 54.33 kDa. It recognizes hC9-S and hC9-L as well as mC9-1.
