  • Immunoliposomes were created using a modified post-insertion technique. DSPE-PEG-MAL micelles were formed by hydrating a lipid film in PBS, followed by thiolation of the anti-CA IX antibody using DTT. Unwanted reducing agents were removed through ethyl acetate extraction. Antibody-conjugated micelles were incubated with TPL-Lips to create CA IX-TPL-Lips, while unmodified micelles were used to form non-targeted TPL-Lips. Sepharose CL-4B gel filtration was utilized to eliminate unincorporated liposomes.

  • This mouse monoclonal antibody specifically targets the human CA9 protein and can be utilized in various applications, including ELISA (dilution of 1:10,000), Western Blot (dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2000), and Flow Cytometry (dilution range of 1:200 to 1:400). The immunogen used to generate this antibody is a recombinant protein corresponding to amino acids 37-186 of the human CA9, which was expressed in E. coli.
