The AbPlus Anti-Camk4 Magnetic Beads (VS-0724-YC760) is an innovative affinity resin which is bound with anti-Camk4 specific antibody. The beads were designed for small-scale affinity purification and immunoprecipitation (IP) of Camk4 protein under native and denaturing conditions.

Involved in postsynapse to nucleus signaling pathway. Acts upstream of or within several processes, including neuron-neuron synaptic transmission; nucleocytoplasmic transport; and positive regulation of protein export from nucleus. Located in several cellular components, including GABA-ergic synapse; glutamatergic synapse; and nucleus. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; brain; eye; hemolymphoid system gland; and reproductive system. Orthologous to human CAMK4 (calcium/calmodulin dependent protein kinase IV).
